Customers praise the product for its high quality, beautiful appearance, elegant design, and attractive aesthetics. They highlight the well-made construction and detailed borders. However, some customers express negative feedback regarding certain features, specifically noting disappointment that the product uses acrylic instead of glass and does not include a mat despite the online pictures.
