Customers consistently praise the product's beautiful appearance and high quality. The design, particularly the shell knob, is frequently highlighted. While many find the size to be significant and fitting, some reviewers noted it was smaller than expected. A few customers experienced minor damage upon arrival, such as a broken finial or lid, but were able to repair it.
