Loom Woven Cotton Blend Wall Hanging

This Belgian wall tapestry, Bouquet Dore, represents an oil painting from Jan van Huysum (1682-1749). He was born in Amsterdam and was known as one of the most prominent Dutch flower painters. Unlike most Dutch still-life specialists, van Huysum insisted on working out details of his paintings from the close study of the world around him.
