Customers appreciate the product's appearance and color, often describing it as beautiful and luxurious with brilliant colors. The rug is also noted for its non-slip safety features, providing good protection on slippery floors. However, opinions on color can be mixed, with some finding it darker or more purplish than expected. Durability is a concern for some, as one reviewer experienced shrinkage after washing, and another found the rug too thin and lacking slip resistance after washing. Despite these issues, many consider the product a good value for its price.
