Customers praise the product's high quality, genuine marble material, and solid construction, noting its expensive appearance and unique look. The frames are described as beautiful, well-made, and substantial. However, opinions on color are mixed, with some customers finding it darker than depicted online and not matching the advertised gray. The backing is also mentioned as being of cheap cardboard.
