Customers generally find the product to be well-made and beautiful, with a positive appearance that complements outdoor furniture. However, there are significant concerns regarding the color, which is frequently described as darker or different from what is depicted online. Additionally, many reviewers note that the product is thinner than expected and the stuffing is minimal, leading to a less plump appearance.
