Vivaldi Handmade Figurine / Sculpture Decorative Object

Resting atop a tree knob, a watchful hare stands sentry in this sculpture from Bali. The artisan learned his craft from a young age, carefully selecting a single piece of Jempinis, or parasite wood. He hand-carves the image of the hare, allowing the natural shape of the wood to inform his work.
