Ellis Balloon Window Valance

Customers praise the product for its beautiful appearance, accurate and vibrant colors, good overall quality, and affordable value. Many note that it brightens up rooms nicely and fits well. However, customers have mixed opinions about the material, with several reviewers finding the fabric to be quite thin, sheer, and lacking thickness for a proper balloon shape without stuffing.
