Customers find the product to be visually appealing and a good value for its price. Many reviewers praise its appearance, noting it adds a touch of class to their homes. The assembly process is generally considered easy and straightforward. However, opinions on the sound of the chimes are mixed, with some finding it disappointing and too electronic, while others enjoy the sound. Some customers also mention that the quality of certain parts, like the "brass" accents, is not high-end, but overall, the product is considered well-made for its cost.
