Customers appreciate the product's attractive appearance and good quality, noting its solid construction and stylish design. However, many reviews indicate that the product is smaller than expected, with some finding it overpriced for its size. There are also concerns regarding the design, as some letters do not stand on their own, requiring customers to lean them against other objects. Despite these issues, some customers still find the product to be a cute accent piece and a good value.
