Customers generally praise the product's attractive appearance and sturdy construction, noting it looks great and feels solid. Many reviewers found the assembly process to be easy and quick. However, there are mixed opinions regarding durability, with some customers reporting issues like fading, peeling, or warping of the finish and wood after relatively short periods, especially when exposed to the elements. Others have found the product to hold up well over time. The quality is often described as good for the price, though some minor imperfections in the finish have been noted.
