Customers are highly satisfied with the product, praising its comfort, spacious size, and ease of assembly. They appreciate the soft fabric, versatile modular design, and the convenient built-in storage under each seat. However, customers have mixed opinions about the color and back pillows, noting that the color can differ from online images and that the back cushions can feel thin and limp.
