Putting it together was fine until you try putting the inside screws in the chaise storage part. The absolute worst part. The back cushions are thin, I put pillows in to make it more comfortable. This is honestly a beautiful couch. I saw a few reviews mentioning that the cushions didn’t seem very full at first, but keep in mind they do need about 24–48 hours to fully expand. Once they did, the cushions were super plush and comfortable. We love how elegant it looks while still being incredibly cozy. The cushions are also nice and deep, which is exactly what we were looking for in our formal living room — comfortable but still polished and stylish. The only issue we had was that one of the back cushions arrived without its cover. We’ve contacted the manufacturer through Wayfair and are currently waiting on a replacement. This sectional couch is so spacious and the perfect size for my family of four. We all enjoy relaxing on it when we’re having a movie night. The color and texture seem different from the photos but nonetheless it’s beautiful and comfortable! Assembly was simple and all parts were accounted for. I’m really happy we got this one..
