Making Changes To My Order

Changing Your Billing Address

  • Click on the "Change Billing Address" link in the Orders section on the Welcome page of My Account.
  • If you have more than one order with an incorrect billing address, select the specific order you'd like to edit the billing address for.
  • Enter your correct billing address on the following page.
  • Click the "Submit" button.

Cancelling An Item Or Order

  • Click on the "Cancel Items Or Order" link in the Orders section on the Welcome page of My Account.
  • If you have more than one order that has not yet shipped, select the order that contains the item(s) you'd like to cancel.
  • The next page will be the order details for your selected order. Mark the checkboxes next to each item you'd like to cancel.
  • Click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.

(Please note that unfortunately, we will be unable to cancel any items or orders that have already shipped out of the warehouse.)

Changing Your Shipping Address

  • Click on the "Change Shipping Address" link in the Orders section on the Welcome page of My Account.
  • If you have more than one order that has not yet shipped, select the specific order on the next page that you'd like to change the shipping address for.
  • Select the items you'd like shipped to your new address.
  • Enter the new shipping address in the provided fields.
  • Click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.

(Please note that unfortunately, we will be unable to change the address for any items that have already shipped out of the warehouse.)

Changing Your Ship Speed

  • Click on the "Change Ship Speed" link in the Orders section on the Welcome page of My Account.
  • If you have more than one order that has not yet shipped, select the specific order on the next page that you'd like to change the ship speed for.
  • Select the items you'd like to ship via the new shipping method.
  • Choose the desired ship speed in the drop-down box below the item(s).
  • Click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.

Manage Payments

  • Click on the "Manage Payments" link in the Orders section on the Welcome page of My Account.
  • If you have more than one order with an outstanding balance, select the specific order you'd like to manage payments for.
  • On the next page, you'll see the current outstanding balance for the order you've chosen. Enter your payment information in the provided fields, as well as your address.
  • Click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.
