The shipment arrived quickly—within the same week—though I noticed the box wasn't marked "fragile"; it arrived damaged, and the cardboard looked like it had gotten wet. Inside, everything was completely jumbled, suggesting it had been tossed around quite a bit in the delivery van. Even though it came with white foam padding for the glass panels, one of them still broke. You do need some basic electrical knowledge to wire the lamp, but the installation takes two hours or less. It features a sensor that turns the light off at sunrise and on at night. It’s a very lovely light; it looks good on its own but would look even better as a pair.
