Our Pergola arrived in 3 long boxes. One of the boxes had a large taped up hole on the wide side. After doing the inventory we realized all the hardware was missing from the box with the hole I contacted Wayfair to try and get the hardware. They were fantastic! Great communication. They bent over backwards to ensure we received what we were missing. We ended up receiving an everything we needed. It was tricky at times to put it up. Once we figured thins out it went smoothly.
