Received my beautiful stove early and now just waiting on the remodel. Packaging looks undisturbed and delivery team kept me posted the day of delivery. Awesome experience. Upon installation of the stove, we discovered the unit wasnt working properly. Wayfair Customer Service acted quickly and gave us several options which included repair or replacement. We opted to have the oven replaced. The replacement unit arrived within two (2) weeks. I cannot brag enough on Wayfair's Customer Service and Delivery Service as they did everything in their power to make our experience amazing. We received the replacement unit and it looks beautiful in my new kitchen. Wayfair excelled in my kitchen remodel project. A little damaged by being delivered, scratched, contacted support and next day got back with me on ways to find a solution. But have yet to hear back now. Overall machine is pretty decent, sides get hot at first, but then cools off. The spacing is a little tighter than we thought. Normal 750ml wine bottles can’t really fit in both ways, that shows in picture (that’s a con), so I wouldn’t say 45 bottles.
