Love our new area rug SO MUCH! It is absolute perfection! We have been working for a couple of months now to get our new hardwoods installed, so I have been trying to get our photos taken despite the mess. (I have one here where we have just yesterday gotten the new rug on the new flooring, but please forgive that we still have a ways to go to get everything perfect again). Anyway, the rug. Oh my goodness - it is beautiful! As you can see, initially we laid it on top of our carpet, so it didn’t lay quite perfectly; but on our new hardwoods, it is wonderful! I was a tad worried about the fold marks showing too (I am not a fan of “folded rugs” as opposed to rolled), but the folds also seem to be relaxing. Thankfully. The rug overall really is very beautiful. We chose the beige/brown and I could not be more pleased with the look, or how well it goes with our new floors! It has the perfect combination of creams, ivory, sand colors, browns, even some greys, and touches of darker charcoal colors throughout. The rug is insanely soft on your bare feet, and the vintage-looking or distressed design is so well done. We just love it! Another reviewer felt the design looked “digital”, but ours does not come across as digital at all - rather, it has a very charming, sophisticated look to it that we feel is the perfect addition to our new floors! I wish it was a bit thicker, but we use the padded rug pad underneath that was recommended with it and that works well. Edges lay flat and the rug (non-textured, like all washable rugs) is indeed extremely soft. Our small dogs lay on it as if it was a soft blanket. Color is a great match with our furniture.. Angelika. I love this rug so much! It is the absolute perfect fit for my living room! I have dark gray leather furniture and a light tan coffee table (from Wayfair!) and it is perfect!
