This light is great quality and perfect in my hobby workout room, it’s just the right amount of light bright without being overwhelming. I used 60W-equivalent bulbs. We needed something low-profile because our ceilings aren’t super tall and we needed to be able to lift a barbell overhead, but still wanted something with a bit of glam.
