I have been wantig a chair like this for awhile to be able to sit crosslegged and to be able to sit with better posture. The chair was quick to assemble as from box to sitting took 30 minutes. As far as the comfort and improving my posture while working I give it a 10 out of 10! I have used it for over a week and not only do I sit crosslegged I also use the chair attached ottoman peice to "Kneel " on. Ordered two of these chairs for my salon. Every client has raved about how comfortable it is. Zero strain on their neck or back. The unit is a comfortable height for me (5"4) to wash my clients without having to hunch over. However I will say the only downfall to this is it is a little tall for clients to sit into without first using the stool. Overall I am VERY happy with this purchase. Assembly was easy for the first one, the second chair came with one incorrect part however customer service was easy to work with and immediately sent a replacement at no extra cost to me.. Amber.
