The good Overall, it’s a great looking piece and the fan works surprisingly very well! When not in use the fan blades are barely visible and tuck away. kind of like a beetle’s wings would cling close to its body and then when the fan turns on the wings come out and circulate air really well. My son‘s room gets cold with it on despite the Texas summer! The bad - The manufacturers instructions are absolutely horrible and you cannot find assistance on their website. - I was also disappointed that the remote does not allow me to dim the lightbulbs even though they are dimmable bulbs. - You have to use the remote and your existing switches need to remain in the “on” position, but otherwise are functionally obsolete - One of the glass globes did not have the threaded piece attached so it could not be put on. The other globe had the threads attached, but it was in a damaged way so that the threads did not screw on all the way and the globe broke off. The threads are now stuck and will not come off. Unfortunately, all of the globes and arms are tied together and meet in the center so there is no way to remove only one of the arms and replace it. Therefore, I will need to replace the bottom portion which includes all of the light fixture component as well as need two globes with the threaded pieces intact. I contacted Customer Service, and hopefully this will be easily addressed.. Stephanie. TX. Fri Jun 19 2026

Oh. My. Goodness. I love this fandalier!! I’ve replaced all of my ugly brown fans throughout my home. I love the concept and was hoping they were going to give enough air. Well, I’ve purchased four of them and I couldn’t be more pleased. The fans are small but mighty and that was my biggest concern. They can’t be that pretty AND give off enough air Can they YES THEY CAN!! Why settle for a plain ceiling fan when you can have a fandalier It’s about time there were attractive solutions to an ugly old ceiling fan. I’ve been waiting for furniture manufacturers to step up and make ceiling fans interesting, beautiful and unique. Each room in my home has a gorgeous fandalier. I’m switching out the one in my bedroom for this new one. The previous one was a bit too small for the room. So I’m moving it into the hallway and installing this big one. The previous one was 21”. This one is 39”. Perfect!! Ok, I said no more light fixtures because of the cost to install them. And because finding a trustworthy electrician that will come out my way is challenging. I wish I could do a weekend class to learn how to hang light fixtures. It would save me a ton of money and time! I’ve got a few calls in to electricians in the area nobody has called me back yet. I think I just need to hire a Wayfair pro and be done with it. The Wayfair pros are more expensive but when it’s your last choice for installation, it’s a lifesaver.
