I’m really happy with this couch! It took about an hour to assemble, and everything I needed—including the hex tool—was included in the box. The instructions were easy to follow, and assembly was straightforward. The couch is soft, sturdy, and I absolutely love the color. Just keep in mind that you’ll need to wait 48–72 hours for the cushions to fully expand after unpacking. The packaging was excellent, and the couch arrived without any damage. My only complaint was the delivery. The boxes were left in the middle of my driveway, which has never happened with previous deliveries. It was also around 103°F that day, so I’m guessing the driver was trying to work quickly in the extreme heat. Thankfully, the packaging protected everything, and the couch was in perfect condition. This is day 2 and it's definitely firmer than it was yesterday, it's a deep couch and as a bigger person I can sit criss cross on the actually sofa part not the chaise. It's lower to the ground so like some of the other reviews said if you have knee problems, I would pass but otherwise so far it's comfortable. I'm 5'3 and if I sit all the way back the headrest fits perfectly to me so if you're tall, may not be the best option. Shipping though, the boxes came a little beat up, and there was a hole so a pack of hardware screws for one of the headrest is missing which explains the photo below which was taken as soon as it was set up..
