I am giving this mirror 5 stars based on the excellent shipping and packaging. The mirror arrived extremely well protected, securely encased in the box, and there was no damage whatsoever upon delivery. The tempered glass and overall quality look great right out of the package. At this time, I have not been able to install or test the LED lighting features because my bathroom remodel is still in progress. Therefore, I cannot yet comment on the functionality of the lighting, color temperature settings, or dimming features. However, based on the care taken in packaging and the condition of the mirror upon arrival, I am very pleased with the product so far and look forward to installing it once the remodel is complete..
