I was looking for a super light quilt like one my grandma had made for me 15 years ago, that at this point, is close to rag status, so Ive been looking for a new one because Im a hot sleeper and Im one of those people that sleep with a fan on in the dead of winter so I wanted something 100 cotton front and back and this blanket is by far the best Ive found short of having someone personally make me a quilt through commission. The front of the quilt is slightly heavier fabric and a little scratchy but with use itll soften up quickly. And I got a king size so just that alone sort of makes it almost weighted.
