Simply attach the bladder to a garden hose that’s connected to a cold-water faucet and insert into the drain pipe till you reach the clog. Turn the water on slowly and hold securely in place till the bladder expands and fits snugly against the drainpipe wall. Once it’s fully inflated, water will be forced out the other end, putting pressure on the clog to push it through the drainpipe. Do not leave the bladder unattended while water is running. If water begins to back up, immediately shut the water off. Once the clog is cleared, turn the water off and wait till the bladder is completely deflated before removing it. Disconnect the bladder from the hose, rinse with water, and dry as needed. Done!
