Design with 90 degree seated angle, this kneeling stool encourages forward tilt in the pelvis to keep the lower back at the correct position while in use and place your body weight on your buttocks, not your lower back, removing imbalance and realigning your body with continued use. Once a stable base has been set up the whole of the back is then supported correctly, lowering pressure through the spine and neck.

I got one of these in last week to try out for myself. I was hoping it would encourage me to sit with better posture, or at the least with my legs not crossed in a lap. Turns out, I can still sit cross-legged on this and still focus and stay upright. My cat hates that I have this because she can't sit in my lap and block me from completing work or other tasks. She has to resort to laying on top of my puzzles or keyboard. Overall, I love this seat. I haven't ran into an issue where I feel like I'd benefit from a cushion. The mechanism for changing height is great. My 4th grader doesn't weigh enough to lower the height on me, so that's a huge plus!. Drake. Alabama. Tue Aug 06 2024

Our kneeling chairs are designed to take pressure away from your spine and distribute it among your buttocks and legs, relieving tension on your back throughout the day. This sturdy chair gives you the posture benefits of standing and the relief of sitting, creating a whole new element to office work. Since you will use different muscles on this stool than you normally do, it’s best to use the chair in increments, combining it with regular sitting or standing for those who have active workstations. Featuring a height-adjustable steel frame, back support, thick fabric cushions, 360° swivel, and four durable casters, this kneeling chair will change your work experience for good!

Pretty standard assembly process. Didn't take too long to get it together. I like the 5 castor configuration like you find on most office chairs. Rolls more easily than the straight frame type kneeling chairs. Seat cushion is good, but I think the knee cushion could use a bit more support. There is a tendency for the knees to move sideways. I like the fabric. Better than a previous kneeling chair and much better than the vinyl on our last chair.. Chris. Oneill, NE. Mon Jul 24 2023
