This umbrella is lovely, however I was disappointed that it does not swivel. I never thought to check when ordering to make sure it had that feature. I am going to make it work. So far so good. It arrived in one box and all the parts were included. However, some of the ends were bent and had to be adjusted with a hammer. Also the instructions and parts listed on the internet are different from the actual parts and instructions that were sent. The picture of the packing list is accurate.They assemble different than what is posted. We are in our 70’s and my husband and I have done this ourselves. Comes completely disassembled and each piece is wrapped in plastic. The metal overall I’d kind of flimsy. Would of expected thicker metal. When putting on the shelves you will want to add washers as you turn too much the bolt head pulls through the metal. Took about 45 minutes to put together. Would highly recommend  Anchors to attach to ground. Any winds will move it. Great for shade or rain while grilling. Not big enough for anything else. Vent at top is a great idea. This is a great quality canopy. Has cut the heat into my house by 50 and provided much needed shade for my deck. Love it.  This is my first canopy. I did not know you need two people to put it up. Seriously—this cannot be done with one person. Had to go ask my neighbors for assistance and it was up in 5 minutes. Needs one person on either side to pull it open.
