So perfect! We ordered this to replace a bulky microwave that was over the range. This was the perfect fit! My grandpa is handy and was able to cut an old extension cord to connect the wires from the hood vent and make it able to plug in for power. Otherwise this would have needed an electrician or someone savvy like him to get the light and fan working. It’s not an easy plug and play for power. Great improvement in color & style over previous range hood. Luv the up dated styling. Bottom of cabinet isn't flush so couldn't use easy brackets. Two person install was easy & quick, though. Airflow is strong which explains an expected loud noise level, in high position. Fits great below cabinet. Nice profile. Will be using unducted & want to add charcoal filters for the occasional sautéing & broiler use. The LED lights are bright & make my stove top shine nicely - like showroom quality. I absolutely love this hood. The black stainless steel matches my other appliances from another brand perfectly. The fan is quite powerful and the dual led lights are amazingly bright and make cooking on the stovetop so much better. It hasn’t been installed long enough to evaluate the longevity or the efficiency of the filters or how easy they are to clean, but considering their size and placement I don’t foresee any problems..
