Designed and produced exclusively for the ADE collection, this statement piece is a collaboration between author-designer Nasozi Kakembo and The ADE Bolga artisan Adongo and his team in Bolgatanga, Ghana. Embellished with a leather-bound handle, we designed and produced this fan just for you. Each fan takes up to two weeks to complete using skills passed down through generations and shared among community members and expert artisans. Entirely handmade from durable elephant grass, this multi-purpose fan doubles as wall art in any room in your home or favorite interior.

Kampala Breeze is designed with some of the fragrant aromas found on Nasozi's family farm in Uganda. We selected eucalyptus and oud aromas with vanilla notes for this exclusive, inviting relaxation and respite.

Tabletop has been a perennial favorite around here, and we wanted to expand our xN Fair Trade collection to include more wood-based work. So we designed these trivets to round out the assortment! We teamed up with expert woodcarvers in Uganda and made with sustainably harvested acacia wood and cowhorn, these add both beauty and function to your dining room table.

These handcarved wooden shields which hail from Cameroon's western Grasslands region were once used in battle to disorient opponents. Now, they make the perfect conversational wall decor ornament, or shelfie or console dazzle. Each one is handcarved from a single piece of wood, often baobab, using basic tools and no machinery. No two are exactly alike.

Delicately textured and woven, these coasters were made by groups of women in small cooperatives across rural areas of Uganda in an ethical, Fair Trade environment.
