This shower system is amazing. I was a bit concerned water pressure would be an issue but all 6 jets and the rain head on together have nice pressure. It’s very stylish with push button to turn water o light that changes color as the water heats up. I was remodeling my shower and decided not to hold back and just went with what I liked. Update: Wayfair’s excellent customer service replaced this broken item and the new one works well. So I am changing my stars from 2 to 4. Thank you Wayfair! Old post: I was so excited to find this multi function shower head on Wayfair because it looked identical to a big company’s expensive one I wanted to get to replace an existing shower head. It came packaged in 2 layers and was well cushioned. It was however, missing 2 rubber washers that were in the instructions (granted the instructions were not for the model I had, but was close enough to it). I have experience with plumbing, so I had new washers to replace the missing ones (so that was no big deal for me but maybe a big deal for other people). The regular shower head is large and the handheld shower head is about the same size as other handhelds.. The j-pipe, handheld hose and diverter are metal and everything else is plastic. Not sure how long the holder attachment for the wall will work made out of plastic and adhesive though. My issue was no matter what washers I used or didn’t use or how much threading tape I used, the diverter kept leaking at the bottom of the nut that attaches to the J pipe. I don’t know if there are unique or special washers for this and that is why it leaks. So I am assuming I got a bad diverter. I am disappointed because I really wanted this to work.. Floridamom.
