The plumbing for the inlet was made for a copper pipe. I guess that is the standard in china. If you have a pex then you have to find a way to connect a copper to the pex. Also the ahutoff valve only need to be opened half way to reduce the flushing pressure.shut off valve. Alexander. Dix Hills, NY. Mon Aug 31 2026

Gentle water spray helps children learn bathroom independence while maintaining cleaning - specially designed for young users aged 3+

For less than $400 this toilet is amazing. I thought O would have to spend $1,300 for something like this. I’ve used it for two days and am still getting used to not having to touch the toilet for anything like open and closing the lid or flushing. Also getting used to the bidet, I understand why others say they won’t be able to go back to regular toilet. I have two more bathrooms to replace toilets in now, I would consider this toilet/brand again.. Kendric. CA. Sun Sep 13 2026

Smart bidet toilet has a microwave sensor function that can auto open and close the lid and seat. The bidet toilet lid will auto open when you approach the toilet and automatically close when you leave.

My kids and I love this smart toilet. The auto flush is so powerful, cleans the toilet well. Heated seat provides a comfortable feel. You don’t necessarily need the light on in bathroom with Night light. I’d highly recommend. Melissa. Bellport, NY. Tue Jun 02 2026

This intelligent toilet features a built-in water tank, eliminating the need for additional plumbing configurations. Equipped with powerful UV sterilization technology, it ensures a cleaner and healthier environment by keeping the nozzle and bowl sanitized after every use.

I love the smart toilet, I didn't realize the cost to add an electrical outlet for it would be more expensive than the entire toilet and the installers had trouble installing it. The mounting brackets were not sufficient. Now that I am using it, there is occasionally a glitch where it freezes up. Unplugging it fixes the glitch, but overall I love it.. Penny. Arlington, TX. The toilet is very cool; it is attractive, having a sleek modern design. All functions (e.g., heated seat, bidet settings, night lights, quiet flushing, seat opening/closing) are automated and it is easy to use. Specifically, all of the functions listed in the description work well. However, we find the best to be the automated heat adjustments, the night light and the blackout flushing mechanism (in case of loss of power). The toilet arrived in a few days, well packaged and contained everything needed for installing it (see photos). Self installation is possible; however, if one places the fixture by the wall, it is important to make sure that the electric cord will fit behind the base of the toilet. Overall, we are pleased with this fantastic product.. Jacqueline. Satellite Beach, FL. Wed Jun 24 2026

We have not had our contractor put in this toilet yet, but we cannot wait to have it installed! This toilet seems a little bit shorter than our current toilet but thats okay, this toilet has it all! Led lights for nighttime potty visits! Also, the heated seat will be nice on our chilly michigan nights!. Angela. South Haven, MI. Sat Apr 25 2026

Im only giving 1 star because the toilet quit working right after it was installed. It was extreamly difficult to install. The instructions were not very good at all. The space in the back was very small hard to get your hands into it. It looked really good and it has a lot of functions and is comfortable but it didnt work.. Matthew Dennis. Madison Heights, MI. We absolutely love this sectional, and our dogs approve, too. This comes in 4 boxes and it packaged well and easy to put together. Please make note of the length of thos because it is a large, long couch. The material is super soft. The cushions are on the firmer side but Im sure they will soften up over time and use. The only thing that wasnt great was the two throw pillows. They are flat but otherwise a great couchsectional. I love it. Thanks Wayfair!. Heather. Saxton, PA. Sat Jul 26 2025

I have had bidet’s installed on my toilets over 10 years now. One of them stopped working and I decided to invest in a smart toilet. My first concern was price and features. I took my time and finally made a decision after having done my research for over two months. Let me say, I picked the right one by selecting the smart toilet from Wayfair . I received it in June and had it installed the same month, (delivery was relatively quick). I decided to wait until I had used it for one month prior to writing a review. This toilet is awesome, it does everything and then some! The cover opens automatically. The person that installed my smart toilet said it was very easy, it didn’t take long at all. The features are great, the flush is very powerful which is a great feature to have, it really cleans the bowl! The features are awesome and work so well! The heated seat is wonderful and the self cleaning feature is a game changer! I love that you can control the temperature of any/all features that are heated; seat and water. I love this toilet so much that now very seldom use any other toilet in my house. I am considering replacing the other two toilets in my house with the same! I highly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a smart toilet to try purchasing one from Wayfair!. Brenda. Shirleysburg, PA. Sat Jul 18 2026

We had a contractor install and it was a bit more complicated than a normal toilet, but perfectly doable. Since this is a smat toilet, I will be bac k with an update incase things go wrong.. Joiya. This is great! The box was heavy but the packaging was sustainable, which is important to me. There was not a lot of waste. Note unless you are a plumber, get help to install. You want to be sure that the water works correctly because there is a small and big flush option. My plumber took about 90 minutes to install. The electrical work is easy, you just plug into an outlet. There is a battery (included) for if you ever lose power. Note that will only allow the toilet to flush. The heat, automatic flush and cleaning needs power. What I love is the automaticity of everything. The sensor recognizes when you walk in and the lid opens and the blue light comes on. The remote allows you to place it where convenient. It also allows you to choose your flush, heat seat level, and clean. There is a foot sensor so you can raise the seat, if needed. When you leave the room, the seat lowers or you can use the remote. This a sleek, comfortable, and very cool design. I definitely recommend. Nakesha. Charlotte, NC. Thu Dec 18 2025
