We were overwhelmed with this purchase! It was packaged and shipped expertly. Precise and easy to follow installation instructions and took a day to assemble by 2 people while it was snowing. This is a beautifully designed multi-functional building. This is our largest building made from Ultrawood. This flagship building has oversized windows to let in a lot of light and to provide excellent views. The is large and can easily be used to house a swim spa or in-ground swimming pool, and can be used as an outdoor recreational room or a banquet hall. This building includes a two-tier Duraflex PC roof reinforced truss supports, sliding tempered glass lockable windows. There are three entrances, one French double door entrance made of heavy-duty aluminum and tempered glass, and two sliding door entrances. The sketch shows the main double swing French door entrance on the front side and both sliding door entrances on the left side of the building. However, the door entrances are the same dimensions as the window wall sections therefore they can be placed in any position and the installer can decide at the time of installation. For example, you can put the double swing French door entrance on the side and put the sliding doors in any position where there is a window wall section. A screen kit upgrade can be added to the building at the time of order for a small additional fee. The screens can cover all the window openings and slide on a separate track independently from the window thus providing the user with ultimate flexibility to have windows closed, windows open with screens, or windows and screens both open and the same time.

Our four-step stair is a multi-functional outdoor/indoor swim spa staircase. With a single railing that can be attached on either side, allowing you to orient the steps in any direction. The four-step stair can be used as a spa ladder, access step in the house or garage, or for multiple other purposes. The four-step stair is made of Ultra wood which looks and feels like wood but is made of a high-quality synthetic composite material that is maintenance-free and environmentally friendly.

We love our Aspen Patio Gazebo. We have had 2 other gazebos in the past at different houses. We always have a locked gazebo built around our hot tubs. This is by far the best one we have had. The locks on the window are great. It is very well constructed. The roof is reinforced and usually that is a weak spot on gazebos, but not this one! We would definitely buy this one again!. Pamela. I'm in love with this gazebo. Immediately after ordering, I worried about it obstructing my views, but I am pleasantly surprised at how attractive it is and how well it blends into the landscape. The Wayfair sales and delivery team were friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating in getting it delivered in a timely manner. My only problem was disposing of the huge container it came in, which is held together by welded metal (it took two men and a forklift to place in my garage). I ended up contacting a scrap metal dealer who gladly took the heaviest portion and broke it down. I know I will get many years of enjoyment from my Zento gazebo!. Evelyn. MI. Tue May 14 2019

It is made of wood which looks and feels like wood but is made of a high-quality synthetic composite material that is maintenance free and environmentally friendly. It has aluminum frame tempered glass double French doors and sliding windows to ensure smooth opening and closing.

We decided that our new hot tub from Wayfair needed to be protected from the heavy winters in New England so we decided to take a chance and purchase this building, as well. Although it was somewhat daunting to get such a huge box delivered to our driveway, it turned out to be not so difficult to put together with three people in our family who have a little building experience. It took about 6 hours total to put together and the construction is quite solid. The windows slide easily and have screens that are removable in the winter. The double French doors on the front open completely and make for perfect viewing of the night sky. The skylight on the peak of the roof is delightful. The metal roof itself is heavy duty and can withstand snow although it should be cleared consistently. This building makes our nightly trip to our hot tub very enjoyable, especially in snowstorms.
