I bought the Warkar CTH30C dehumidifier, it worked great, but it's just to small for my basement, the basement is just to damp for it to keep up, I told Waykar about my problem, instead of them saying, look it's your fault, you should have known better, and bought a bigger unit, Warkar stood right up and started helping me immediately. We are in the process of me getting a larger unit. I'll tell you this, when you call Waykar, leave a message and they Will get back to you, I called the 1st time and didn't leave a message, and they still called me back.
