I'm having a 3 season room built on the back of my home. It's almost done! I chose this fan because I liked the transitional styling. and it was on sale! It came well packaged, and in 2 days! Just in time for the electrician. It's for wet environments, so suitable for the open air room I have. My electrician said it was easy to install. There was a loose connector in the light portion, but he easily found it and corrected it. We installed with only the remote control and did not install a wall switch.
