We finish it off by applying a preserving oil, creating a high-quality and durable frame. This was a wonderful purchase. It was package well however it is still very delicate and a few pieces of the reindeer moss was a bit loose. But I did call the owner of the company and they were so polite and helpful, and offered to send a fix it kit with additional moss to reflux what pieces came off . We love this piece and it fits perfectly with our jungle themed guest room. Of course the design is different than the one pictured. One other important note is that it has a slight smell when first unpacked. I did some research on how to get rid of it, and I learned that it will dissipate after a few weeks but in the meantime to spray it with Zero Odor or Meyer’s Room Freshener, Lavender scent.. Jacinda.
