I finally decided on this trellis after looking at a bunch of different ones. After a few months, I feel like it’s time to leave a review. I couldnt be happier with this trellis! Very easy to assemble. You will need a helper to attach the arch to the posts. Only one minor issue. Where the bottom hinge attaches to the rail, two adjacent screws conflicted with one another. The arbor is beautiful and strong. I gave it 4 stars because there is an issue. The lattice is made of very thin cedar (less than 1/4 of an inch) and it is stapled together. A few or the staples came loose during assembly and will need to be redone. I am considering adding stronger cedar boards on the sides to strengthen it. At this price point, I think the manufacturer should have used stronger wood for the lattice. There were also a few bumps and marks, but these were minor. It is definitely darker than the photos show, more of a very dark gray. I assume it will fade some to a lighter gray, similar to what is show. Im so excited to put this together and set up the garden. The packaging came in easy to move pieces. I’ll update the review with photos once it’s all set up. Update this was a lot of work to put together but definitely worth it.
