Our stainless steel range hood has two modes, one is the ductless mode, just turn the switch inside the range hood to the ductless mode to use it. In this mode, we do not need to install a chimney pipe, the built-in charcoal filter will filter the oil smoke and exhaust the air into the room through the front vent. The other mode is the duct mode, which requires turning the switch inside the range hood to the duct mode, which requires installing a chimney pipe to exhaust the smoke to the outside.
