Buyer beware: My first order with Perigold included this item and 10 other things. I’m giving it 1 star because I didn’t receive this pillow. When I contacted customer service, they said they would replace it but later required me to file a police report for a stolen package. We have Ring doorbell cameras. It seems unreasonable to make customers go through that process for a missing item. Additionally, if you receive something you don’t like, you must pay for return shipping. I love this lumbar pillow! It is wide, thick and firm enough to comfortably fit in the right area of lower back. The leather is really pretty and the color makes the pillow look rich and expensive.
