Have not installed this yet, but upon unpacking I am very satisfied with the construction and weight of this product. Needed something that would flip up and be out of the way and not made of wood. Looks to be a great product. Transolid needs to improve the packaging. Ours arrived with damage to one corner which fortunately will be hidden once installed and should present no problems in future.
