As wristwatches evolved, so did the attention given to their function and design. This wall clock is actually an enlarged wristwatch face from the mid-1900s and kept track of more than just hours and minutes. It works just as well here as the art on the chronograph clock and is framed in a hand-painted steel antiqued copper rim and glass bezel. The brass finish pendulum adds a touch of elegance to this beautiful clock. The secondary dials are non-functioning.
This clock is really lovely, and seems to keep accurate time. Was impressed with the quality of the frame and artwork. Slightly disappointed with the fact that the box containing the clock mechanism was not securely affixed to the piece. I’ll glue it at some point. Does not seem to be impacting the clocks operation. Overall, very pleased!. Kimberly. New York, NY. Tue Apr 14 2020
