My husband loves this! We grill outdoors year round and we live in Michigan so it can be a mixed bag of snow, rain, hot sun, wind and everything in between. There are five colors to choose from. I wanted gray but it was sold out. The brown works just fine and coordinates with the gray of my deck. This shelters our grilling area perfectly and is very roomy. Also it is specially made for grilling. There are two shelves placed to hold grilling necessities. There is an attached bottle opener. One of the shelfs has stationary hooks to hold tongs, hot pads, brushes, etc... The top is vented to allow rising cooking smoke to escape upward. Included are two lights to attach to the frame. Another option is a large hook hanging from the center of the peak to hang a lantern, your speaker or anything else you may want to hang. It is said to be water, rust, and fire resistant. This isn't for year round use but my husband plans to modify it with tarps for bad weather and taking the top off in wind and snow. Another thing is that there is a collapsible awning to leave down to block wind or extend for additional coverage in rain or sunny days. It was relatively easy to set up. For a very reasonable price, I didnt expect much. I was pleasantly surprised. No missing parts and the gazebo went together easily. Took me about an hour and half, taking my time. My wife had to help with a few steps. It was windy the day we put it up and I was worried about it, but everything worked fine. Once I got the canvas on, I made sure someone was holding it down until we finished. I screwed it to my deck and its very solid. It will let a little water through in a rain. So far, this is mainly around the vented center area. The biggest issue is that once we got a gazebo, we had to buy furniture to go in the gazebo and then a firepit for the cool nights, and then lights for the dark evening, and a rug, and outdoor power, and...LOL UPDATE After about 11 months, the gazebo is holding up well with one exception. The netting around the top vent has just disintegrated. I assume its from sun exposure. The netting on the sides is still fine though. Not sure if I can get a replacement top or what it would take to install that. UPDATE 2 after about 13 months the meeting on the sides had also become brittle and started tearing. Theres also a year in the top canvas but I cant be sure that a squirrel didnt jump on it. I did find the manufacturer and can order replacement parts but shipping is show.. Darrell. Georgia.
