I purchased this with the intent of using it for my furry son's play time (when out of his cage), but unfortunately, during the Christmas season, my husband fell on it as he assembled the gate to corale my pet in one area--away from our tree!!! This swing gate is very helpful. We installed it in the doorway to my daughters room. I have a very frisky mini schnauzer who has already jumped over a 24" high baby gate. Hate to keep her in a crate when I go out, but my kitchen is oddly shaped. The width and height are absolutely perfect and fits in many places not just sairs or a small doorway which I love. This safety gate is excellent. Use it on my kitchen door opening to keep my three dogs out of the kitchen while I cook. The bronze color is very nice.
