Purchased these to supplement broken pool light. These solar lights are decent. Not as bright as I had hoped. They require being attached to a string held down by weights (used rocks) not provided. I suppose they don’t really need to be weighted down but won’t stay in place of choice, obviously. Something else to consider-robot pool vacuum will get caught up in solar lights string. These are working great for me. They do last a good while on a full charge well into the night. The strength of the light is perfect for the use case. The white light is more blueish, and the amber is a good soft white. I like that it has three brightness settings so I can just turn on a dim light in the evening while we are in the hot tub.
