I was disappointed from the actual delivery through the assembly. The box came all taped up. I did not pay for an open box item, I paid for a new one. After pulling out all the pieces, I noticed many areas of sup par welding and the lack of powder coating paint on the metal. There were so many exposed areas for rust to start accumulating from the spa water or weather in general. Finally, to prove that the box was opened prior to me, we found someone’s Iphone attachment charger. If it didn’t weigh so much, I would have returned it in a minute.. Theresa. Stafford, VA. The Cigar Cooler Humidor is an ideal cigar storage system that can help preserve the flavor of your cigars and protect them from pests or other harmful conditions. Took longer than expected to deliver, but worth a couple extra days wait. The cooling/heating features along with a self regulating humidifier has kept the humidor stable since it finished seasoning. One small drawback. The slots on the shelves run front to back, so loose cigars can end up resting in those slot blocking air flow. The shelves from my broke down whynter humidor were a perfect match, so I swapped out the shelves. The bottom shelves sits on the humidifier fans with little clearance between. It is a good sturdy handrail. I mounted it onto a composite wood deck that surrounds my hot tub instead of tucking the base under the tub. I drilled holes into the steel base (it is not aluminum) and lag screwed it into the joists. You can't just set the height once if you want to swivel the top around because both screw knobs have to loosened to swivel it or raise it up and down. I overcame this by inserting a short piece of 1 1/2" pvc pipe into the lower vertical tube to establish the height of the upper vertical tube. Now I can swivel it without resetting the height each time. My wife is no longer afraid of slipping when she gets in and out of the tub.. Douglas. Qualicum Beach, BC. Tue Jul 23 2024
