I switched the footrest bars to make sure it wasn’t a manufacturing defect. Once I figured it out and everything aligned properly, it only took a couple of minutes to finish. I did need my daughter to hold on to a part while I assembled it because I did want to make sure it was done correctly. I’m picky but just a heads up in case you will need assistance with that part as well. Two of the pieces were labeled incorrectly but it wasn’t hard to figure out what and how. Directions were easy to understand as well. This is a heavy and sturdy piece of furniture. I do love that this isn’t wood but a hard thick plastic. The ability to have the cup holder to be tucked away when not in use is also a feature that I appreciate. The cup holder holds moats beverages perfectly with no issues. This is by far one of the most comfortable pieces of lawn furniture I have sat in. I love the angle it offers and the comfort is spot on. This hasn’t scratched at all and we have had many people sit in this and enjoy it. It does sit out in the sun and I haven’t noticed any sun damage. The color is absolutely stunning. Then resin arm separated f Frame which I super glued back together, so that wasn’t a bad thing The worst on two of the chairs, the sides that you sit on, they  snapped in the middle so no one can sit on them and I paid a lot of money for them so you know I’m kind of concerned. I was sold right away when I seen that it is not only a fire pit but it can also be used as a table when it is not lit. The fact that this fire pit has more than one used sold me right away. I love the aesthetic of it the way this fire pit looks with my outdoor decor I absolutely love. The top of the fire pit is stainless steel that is easy to clean. I really like that this fire pit is long and a little wide perfect for multiple people to sit around roast marshmallows or just enjoy the fire. We have been able to fit our whole family around this fire pit to make s’mores and everybody has been able to enjoy staying warm while it’s been getting cold outside. This fire pit needs a 20 pound propane tank that is not included. The propane tank is hidden underneath the fire pit around surrounded by the beautiful expresso wicker that makes the table. You cannot see the propane tank at all which allows the fire pit to still look beautiful. There is a push button ignition lol that allows the fire pit to start quickly. The fire pit was very easy to put together. The instructions were easy to read and easy to follow. The fire pit also comes with glass beads that are absolutely beautiful. I love everything about this fire pit. This is absolutely one of the best fire pit I have ever owned. Everyone that has came over and enjoyed our fire pit loves that it keeps them warm and says I didn’t put off more fire than any fire pit they have ever used. I know that we have been able to sit close with the fire low or sit further back with a larger circle and still be able to fill the fire pit because it gives off so much heat. I did need my daughter to hold on to a part while I assembled it because I did want to make sure it was done correctly. I’m picky but just a heads up in case you will need assistance with that part as well. Two of the pieces were labeled incorrectly but it wasn’t hard to figure out what and how. Directions were easy to understand as well. This is a heavy and sturdy piece of furniture. I do love that this isn’t wood but a hard thick plastic. The ability to have the cup holder to be tucked away when not in use is also a feature that I appreciate. The cup holder holds moats beverages perfectly with no issues. This is by far one of the most comfortable pieces of lawn furniture I have sat in. I love the angle it offers and the comfort is spot on. This hasn’t scratched at all and we have had many people sit in this and enjoy it. It does sit out in the sun and I haven’t noticed any sun damage. The color is absolutely stunning. Although my husband and I followed directions I must say that we did run into a little side hiccup when it came to the arm rest. It didn't match up with the directions. So maybe we looked at it wrong but with persistent we figured it out. I wouldn't over tighten just incase you run into the same difficulties we did. It's an exceptional outdoor piece that will stay vibrant red without fading or peeling. The way the boards slightly curve makes it super comfortable and easy to get in and out of.
