These are bright white, and durable after washing and drying. Seem to be high quality. Not a single thread came loose after washing. They do wrinkle and are not silky smooth. But the percale is cool in the summer and it lasts a lot longer than sateen weave. Percale takes a while to soften up, so I expect these to soften after about 15 washes like my other sheets. These are nice pillowcases. Nice size (I got the Queen) and I like the envelope fit. They look and feel nice. The only thing about the ones that I got is that they have a lace edging.
