We ordered this to help my relative who has dementia -- we wanted to be able to put in plain site the plan for the day, where her husband was that day and what time he'd be returning and things like that. It's a very well-made item and easy to assemble - we're using it as we planned, but we just have it propped up against the wall - I know I saw the measurements but it seems large! Bear that in mind! It works fine propped against the wall, and we will find more uses for it.
