The Stanco Grease Strainer removes food particles and allows you to store your grease or drippings in one convenient container. The strainer has a rolled edge to allow for easier placement over the storage cup and has full perforations from center to edge of the recessed area, allowing a larger area to strain the grease. Use the lid to keep out airborne contaminants and hide the grease/food particles trapped in the strainer. As a reminder, never put grease down disposals or drains.
