Arrived without the advertised heater. Took weeks for the manufacturer to schedule a technician to come install the missing part. Only one approved service provider (with only one employee) in all of Phoenix. Delayed my bathroom rebuild by several weeks and subsequent delayed move-in cost an additonal month storage fees etc. Pros: Tub looks ok and seems to function correctly.
