I received the water cooler in a timely manner and it works as expected with a couple of caveats. The water is not cooled as much as I would like and it can be noisy at times with unnecessary vibrations. I was excitrd excited about the color when I ordered it. Scott. Wed May 13 2026

It was a gift for my mom and she said it works well. She seems to love it and hasn't mentioned any problems.. Anna. US. Sun Dec 07 2025

I love this ice maker! It makes ice very quickly and cubes come out whole instead of in chunks. When I turn it on it makes a batch within minutes. The only downside is it doesn’t hold a lot of ice, so if I need a larger quantity I have a container my freezer that I can fill, also very quickly. At first I was concerned that there is no access to the ice because my old ice maker used to jam up, however, I have had no issues so far. The water dispenser is also a nice feature. It still has a plastic-like taste, but that should go away. The ice has no taste, just clean & clear. One of the major benefits is that it uses a water line which I have an inline filter attached to so there’s no need to fill it up all the time. I would recommend this ice maker to anyone looking for convenience of having ice anytime you need it.. Lori. US. Mon Apr 27 2026
